Licensed Professional Counselor

Angelica Chrzascik

Adult Therapist/Teens 16 & 17 years old

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I am passionate about providing clients with a safe and non-judgemental space so they feel heard and seen.  I bring in a trauma-informed and holistic lens to ensure looking at all parts of each client as we collaborate. My specialty lies in working with clients to learn about self-regulation skills, increasing healthy relationship patterns and boundaries, and gaining insight and strength into their identity and voice to improve self-esteem. I also enjoy working with individuals who are first-generation and are wanting to navigate their role within their family while holding space for themself.

My approach includes EMDR, CBT, DBT, attachment theory, and polyvagal theory to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression and heal from trauma. Therapy is not a one size fits all, so collaboration and a strong therapeutic relationship are vital to establish goals and works towards them!

Licensed Social Worker

Jeanne Clemmer

Children 4+/Teens/Adults

As a licensed social worker, my goal is to provide a space where you can finally stop fighting an uphill battle against your own brain. If you’ve spent your life feeling paralyzed by to-do lists or wondering why 'simple' tasks feel so heavy, I want you to know: you are not the problem. You’ve just been given tools that don’t fit the way your mind works.

I believe in looking at you as a whole person, not just a label. We won’t just talk about your challenges; we’ll look at your home, your work, and your community to identify exactly where the friction lies. Therapy with me is a place where you can exhale and stop performing for a world that wasn't built with your brain in mind.

My style is active and collaborative. Using a Strengths-Based approach and Motivational Interviewing, I help you find your internal 'why' to spark lasting change. Together, we’ll stop trying to 'fix' you and start building a life that actually works for you.

Licensed Social Worker

Kanisha Rodriguez

CBT/DBT/EMDR-Trained

As a licensed social worker, my goal is to provide a safe, welcoming space where clients feel comfortable being their authentic selves. I am deeply passionate about creating an environment where you feel seen, heard, and valued from the very first session. Therapy should feel like a place where you can exhale and not have to perform.

I believe in getting to know clients as whole individuals, not just the experiences or challenges that have impacted them. You are more than your trauma, stress, anxiety, or past setbacks. I take time to understand your strengths, personality, culture, relationships, and goals so we can build meaningful, personalized work together.

My approach is client-centered, meeting you exactly where you are while gently encouraging growth. I strive to create a space where clients can challenge themselves with new experiences, perspectives, and ideas all within a supportive and safe environment. I incorporate evidence-based practices such as EMDR, CBT, and DBT to help process trauma, manage anxiety and depression, strengthen coping skills, and build resilience. It’s okay to not be okay sometimes. What matters most is how we recover, rebuild, and move forward from those moments.

I believe mental wellness begins with your decision and commitment to becoming a healthier and happier version of yourself. I am here to support you with practical tools, insight, and encouragement that you can carry with you long after therapy ends.

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Sarah Williams

Children 10+/Teens/Adults/LGBTQIA+

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I care deeply about creating a space where clients feel safe, heard, and never judged. I approach therapy through a trauma-informed lens, which means I try to see the whole person in front of me — not just the symptom or struggle that brought them in. Together, we work on building practical tools for managing emotions and reaching therapeutic goals, while also making room for deeper work through ego-state therapy, gently exploring the different parts of ourselves that still shape how we think, feel, and react today.

I'm also a music therapist, and I love bringing music into sessions when it feels right — sometimes through a song that captures something hard to put into words, sometimes just through mindful listening. It's another way in, especially for feelings that don't come easily through talking alone.

My work draws from CBT, DBT, ego-state therapy, and music therapy, but honestly, therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. What matters most to me is building a real connection with each client and figuring out, together, what actually helps you move toward the life you want.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Roza Gelman

Children 10+/Teens/Adults/Couples

If you’re here, you may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Anxiety, depression, and life’s challenges can make even everyday things feel heavy. You might be trying to support a struggling child, navigate a difficult relationship, or simply find your way back to feeling like yourself again. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

I work with children, teens, adults, and couples who are dealing with anxiety, depression, parenting concerns, relationship stress, and major life transitions. Many of the people I see come in feeling exhausted, disconnected, or unsure why things feel so hard. Together, we take the time to understand what’s going on beneath the surface and begin making meaningful, manageable changes.

With children and teens, I create a space where they can feel safe and understood—whether that means talking, playing, or expressing themselves in ways that feel natural to them. I also collaborate closely with parents, offering guidance and practical tools that can support your child at home and in daily life.

With adults and couples, my approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and direct. I won’t just sit quietly—I’m engaged in the process with you. We’ll look at patterns, communication, and the emotional weight you’ve been carrying, while also building concrete strategies to help you feel more grounded and in control.

My goal is to help you find relief from emotional distress, strengthen your relationships, and develop tools that support a more balanced, fulfilling life. Therapy doesn’t have to feel overwhelming—we take it one step at a time, at a pace that works for you.

If you’re considering therapy, I invite you to reach out. We can start with a brief consultation to see if we’re a good fit and talk through what you’re hoping for.
